Job Summary

This remote role for International Digital Marketing Manager is ideal for a hands-on marketer with proven experience in vendor and partner marketing in the Software Distribution industry. The role covers end-to-end campaign execution, content strategy, digital events, and cross-channel engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CRO) at software startups across international markets.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, content, social, paid ads) aligned to target personas and account journeys.
  • Own end-to-end campaign creation, from strategy and setup to execution and performance analysis — driving measurable results.
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Clearbit, and other automation/CRM platforms to manage campaigns, lead nurturing, and account engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with content teams to develop and tailor messaging that resonates with target personas and drives conversions.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including budget utilization, conversion rates, and ROI; continuously optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and support pipeline growth.
  • Generate demand and high-quality leads through innovative digital strategies, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Adapt campaigns to various international markets, ensuring cultural relevance, audience alignment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and ABM best practices to continuously improve strategy and execution.
  • Own the brand presence across web, social media, marketing collateral, and email campaigns, and play a key role in defining the strategy and timing for expanding the marketing team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Proficient with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Clearbit, and marketing automation/CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset with experience tracking ROI and optimizing campaigns.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or software industries preferred.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in global markets and cross-functional teams.
  • Must have an engaging, superb digital marketing portfolio—candidates will be primarily evaluated on this.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in account-based marketing (ABM) — including defining a target set of accounts, key personas (CEO, CFO, CRO of software startups), and mapping their journey through the marketing funnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, content, social, paid ads) tailored to fit the identified personas (CEO, CFO & CRO).
  • Skilled in campaign planning and setup, not just execution — someone who can independently create, launch, and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Clearbit, and other marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics — able to monitor budgets, optimize conversion rates, and report on account engagement.
  • Strong background in demand generation and/or growth marketing, ideally within the B2B software or SaaS space.
  • Content-savvy — able to collaborate on the creation of compelling content that drives interest and conversions.
  • Results-oriented mindset — directly responsible for generating leads and improving ROI from digital efforts.
  • Experience targeting international markets and working in a cross-functional environment with sales and leadership teams.
